Excellent so easy to set up no unreeling a drum like a plastic hose just lay it out fill with water and away you go no kinks or leaks
Putting away is a treat just turn the water off empty the hose with the trigger 200ft of hose coiled in seconds and hung up fantastic
Wife can even work it and she's hopeless with hoses

Hopefully I had one of the rare hoses that sprung a leak within the first year, Contacted customer services and a replacement hose was sent out, ( after a delay due to black hoses been out of stock ) Hoping the replacement hose lives up to the social media hype.
Regardless of the hose the company are excellent to deal with, a change from many online retailers in my opinion.

An excellent product that is easily stored and is lightweight and easy to use. However, do be careful as I had to have a replacement due to small splinters from decking piercing the hose causing leaks. Be sure to let the hose fully pressurise before use .

It reaches everywhere it needs to and contracts to a reasonable size for storage. We like the choice of sprays although the grandchildren will want to play with it during the summer ! I bought this hose after much deliberation after my second hozelock died a death. It is brilliant, the attachments are excellent quality and there is no leak from the tap. My only issue, which was my own fault entirely, is that it extended further than I anticipated (a good thing of course!), so I bought the extra section of hose thinking I would need it to get to the top of the garden (I don't!). I would suggest if in doubt buy just one length in the first instance!
