So in the past we bought 2 Hozelock hoses. Both of them were affected by sunlight and soon sprung leaks. The T-Hose is so much better made. I am really impressed with the quality of it including the metal connectors and the the actual Spray adapter. Also the price of it is really great. Well done to the Guys who produced this hose in the first place. Nice one!

Ordered this hose last year because I wanted a much lighter one than I had, I also ordered the connected in case I would want another one in the future to extend it. I have done both of these and glad I did. The hose is wearing well so far and hoseing the garden and car is much easier.

Excellent coverage very flexible. Leaked after a few uses but I was sent an excellent self help video that sorted out the leak straight away. I think somewhere on the instructions it should state to give the spray head a little support to stop the hose slipping out.

Received quick delivery. Unsure how good it would be for the price l paid but it turned out to be very good quality. Metal end fittings and a tough fabric casing, looks and feels the part. The spray head works fine but a better touch would have been to supply a metal one of those too. Overall very pleased

It is so pointless for companies to get you to rate their products when you are less than a month into it's use.
Ask me in a year otherwise it is just sales manipulation. My old one old, not too different that this one started leaking at the nozzle end. Difficult to say if the rubber had perished or the joint had failed. This new one operates the same as the old one. Do I like them? Yes.

I thought our last expanding hose was good, but this is in a different league. Quality brass fittings and a much, much tougher outer covering that still manages to expand and stretch to its full extent. No hesitation to recommend this.

Very easy to set up - even for a novice , to connect 2 hoses together. Brass fittings of good quality, much better than the plastic variety. It wasn’t made clear that a spray nozzle would come with each hose - I ordered a separate one, I now have three!!

I bought my first hose 3 years ago and used it every day at the stables for filling buckets, washing floors and mats and even the horses. It had been brilliant. Never tangled up and was the best hose I’d ever bought. Sadly one day it started leaking from the tap end connector and I couldn’t fix it. I emailed the company to explain and even though the hose was well out of guarantee they offered me a very generous discount on a replacement hose. I bought a new one immediately and it arrived in no time. They have made an improvement to the catch which keeps the hose on without holding the trigger which works so much better and doesn’t lose any pressure. I would highly recommend this hose!

We've only had this hose for a few weeks, but so far so good.
The hose appears to be more durable than other flexible hoses we've had and the brass fittings ensure good, solid connections to the tap. It's worth noting the hose comes in 100ft and 50 ft lengths with a solid brass-to-brass connector between the two pieces of hose.
The spray nozzle also appears to be more robust than most.
Based on our limited experience of using it I'd definitely recommend this hose - even although it's more expensive than others we've tried.

I’ve tried a few flexible hoses but they seem to perish really quickly. The only one left standing was T-hose so I ordered another couple for different areas around the garden - really recommend.

I have bought about 8 of these hoses. They are great but in my experience they tend to burst after about 2 years. It would be great if there was a way to reconnect the brass end to a place further down the hose, past the burst point. A shorter hose is better than no hose at all or having to buy a brand new one. In my opinion.

I can't use one of the hoses I bought as I have no way to attach it. Disappointed with the customer service and that they still sent a request for feedback... Well here it is.

My hose has split in the exceptionally hot weather we have had in Wales recently. I went to use it (12/7/26) and found water pouring out of a slit in the hose. It had gone very limp and lost its normal appearance. I have only used the hose 3 times since I bought it. To say I’m not happy is an understatement.

My experience with Tuff Hose was slightly mixed but overall good. I ordered a 50ft hose by mistake and paid to have it upgraded to 100ft. A 50 ft hose arrived. I emailed twice and got no reply. On my 3rd email I did receive a reply and a second 50 ft hose was sent almost immediately. The hoses themselves are excellent havi9ng previously owned lesser expanding hoses. I think these are the best you can get. Unlike all the anti-kink super tuff non expanding hoses I have owned which all kink and shut the water off, the tuff hoses are almost impossible to kink. I would warn though that because of their expanding and later contracting behaviour it is very easy to end up with them tugging at the tap. But overall (1) the hoses are really excellent and (2) if there is any problem the company will come though for you in the end so I seriously recommend both hose and supplier!

The hose pipe is SUPERB. It is my second one … I needed another for my pots in the front garden. It delivers quantities of water but in a very gentle fashion if you so wish.
My tiny gripe is that they promised me they would include a new head for my old one that had developed a leak but it wasn’t in the parcel. So I ended up just having to buy one as no one responded to my email.

I have purchased tuff-hose before. It really is superior to other extendable hoses. I particularly like the brass fittings and the way they clip together to provide absolutely leak free joints. The included extension joint is a bonus and likewise does not leak. A thoroughly good product in my experience.

This is another replacement. Although I like the product, as a garden hose it is vulnerable to puncture by thorns, splinters etc. and is irreparable. I also had a 30 m hose fail at the tap connection. I thought the o- ring had failed but the crimped joint to the connector had failed so once again, irreparable

Great hose - it's my 3rd Tuff Hose - I have a short and a long. My first short one had given me 3 years of loyal service before it needed replacing, which is much better than other flexible hoses I'd tried. I will not use any hose type now I've used Tuff Hose as they are so much easier than those on a reel, even the auto ones.

Really pleased so far! I wanted a hose that didn't kink and this (touch wood) looks like the one. Plus I don't have to wind it round a reel, I just pop it into a bucket and it doesn't get all tangled. The multi-way hose-head was a real bonus too.
