So I can't actually review the hose because it arrived just in time for our hose pipe ban. But I can say after I made an error with my purchase, the company was very quick and helpful with rectifying the issue, which was great.

The hose arrived well packed, I connected it up and started to use it, it is a powerful spray gun and I was very pleased with it. Then after a few uses it started to leak from the connector, I got in touch with T- hose who emailed me straight back with helpful advice on how to correct the leak, and it is now working well. I would say their customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to buy another hose from T-hose.

My second Tuff Hose. The 150 feet version. Bought first one a year ago for front garden & recently our old hose broke in back garden so looked around online & wasn’t convinced anything compared to the Tuff Hose. Great brass fittings & spray head. Never had any problems with the first hose. Expands just as advertised & contracts quickly & very easy to collect & put away.

Brilliant hose,so easy to use and easy to fit with the help of the video. I got a 100ft one and it easily reaches all parts of the garden. Good quality, doesn’t tangle or kink and is easy to roll up when finished with. Well worth the money and excellent service from the company. I am in my 70’s and this hose is ideal for me, it’s so nice to have found a suitable hose at last after having had two rubbish ones.

No complaints but we use it with a water butt pump so the extended length is nothing like the figure quoted as water pressure is less than mains. However we didn't want to go for the longer model.

Took a bit of getting used to as the hose needs to be stretched as you lead it out - if pulled there is a tendency for the connector to come apart. Otherwise impressed.

High quality fittings that enabled wanted extra hose length through connecting two hoses together. However, the quality of the outer green cloth cover became snagged and lightly torn with first use compounded by need to run across block paving and paths between tap and garden. Not as good as another brand of retracting hose that has green outer cover made of different non woolly material

Great hose for ease of use. It expands and collapses as the water supply is switched on and off making it very light and easy to gather up then hang up to store.
I just hope the fabric does not puncture but the claim 600+ uses would seem to indicate that this hose is more robust than other makes that I have used in the past.

It's as it says on the box, tough! Fittings are brilliant. I just wished it was a fraction longer! The other size was too long and this is a tadge short. However, it's MUCH better than any others I've tried and I have high hopes for it lasting a long time

It’s ok - as it has a material coating, it’s not that easy to ‘pull’ along concrete slabs - snags and gets caught. Not sure how long it will last! Doesn’t kink but it does tangle if you have the longer length.
I’m now using my old hose for the patio and this one as an extension for the grassed area.

Don’t like the longer hose with the joint as much as the shorter hose which I purchased first and loved. The longer hose with the joint is hard to pull along and yes it leaks! And the joints o to the taps leak as well.

I bought the 45m hose in black. Love that it comes in two parts as means I can use the shorter length for everyday and add the longer one when needed. Looks smart, feels tough and well made. Love all the different settings for different tasks. Jet washed my patio with it as it’s so powerful! Highly recommend this hose!

Love this hose, straight out of the box you can feel the quality of the hose and also see the shine off those brass fittings. Fitting to the outside tap was easy enough and it didn't take long for the hose to start expanding, i bought the 50ft hose as i wanted it to reach the greenhouse which it easily did, i had used the usual type of hose before but it was a nuisance to put away, this was so easy to do you obviously turn off the tap then once you have done that you carry on spaying to empty the water out of the hose, that's when you see the hose shrink back to it's normal size. I have never known a company that is confident of their product to give a 200% money back guarantee on your first hose order, then it's 100% after that. Well done Tuff Hose i will definitely i would really recommend this hose to anyone.

Very pleased with these hoses. I had one last year and ordered another this year for the front garden as the heatwave intensified. Just slightly disappointed that Royal Mail let you down. I paid extra for next day delivery but it still took two days ( so paid extra for nothing). Not your fault but maybe you should take it up with them. Otherwise all good.

Delivered on time, I didnt expect 4 x 50m that lock together but that has actually proved useful. Occasionally if you pull the hose to follow you the joint will release but more often that not it is very useful.

We’re currently going through short water supply due to hot weather so I can’t show it in action, but I’m absolutely delighted with my new hose! It’s vastly superior to the other expandable hoses on the market - both in looks and quality. And the trigger device which is usually really weak and tinny is sturdy and strong and a delight to use.
